Shipping

Most orders ship within 5 - 10 business days, if not sooner.  Our normal processing hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. pst. *Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

Shipping Time Frames:

We ship our products by USPS, time frame from once we ship the item is anywhere from 2 to 9 days depending on where you live.  If you need overnight shipping additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact us if you need this service.  

During the months of June through September, it might take a bit longer to process your orders. We process orders in the same order they are received. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available only through the U.S. Postal Service.

We also currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Return Shipping:

If error is due to the customer then the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order for us to resend the item to correct address. This is very important to make sure correct information is given at time of purchase because items are made to order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen you must contact your local carrier. K&M Custom Creations is not responsible for your merchandise once it is shipped out.
