Welcome to K&M Custom Creations!  Each item is made-to-order, meaning we don’t make it until the item is ordered! 

Please note that photos are taken under professional studio lights in addition to different devices iPhone, desktop, etc. coloring may slightly be different in person. If you have any questions about colors please feel free to message me.

When will my item ship?

Most orders ship within 5 - 10 business days, if not sooner.  Our normal processing hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. est. *Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

During the months of September through December, it might take a bit longer to process your orders. We process orders in the same order they are received. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available only through the U.S. Postal Service.

Tracking your Package: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.  

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen you must contact your local carrier. K&M Custom Creations is not responsible for your merchandise once it is shipped out.
