Returns & Cancellations Policy
We do not accept cancellations, although our processing time is 5 to 10 business days (not including weekends), occasionally orders could be delayed up to 3 weeks.
All items are made to order therefore we do not offer any refunds. However If there is an issue with the item please message us ASAP and we can discuss possible options.
Return Shipping: If error is due to the customer then the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order for us to resend the item to correct address. This is very important to make sure correct information is given at time of purchase because items are made to order and we do not offer refunds as stated above.
If a package is refused or returned to us we will NOT credit back shipping cost and we will deduct a restocking fee of $5.00 from the total.
